Workshop ‘Innovation Creation’
(with Hiking opportunity)

Including preceding Analysis of the Actual Business Situation

It has been scientifically proven that our brains perform better in the fresh air and through exercise. We use this knowledge as we are convinced that nature provides the ideal setting to access our creative power and develop innovative ideas.

DAY 1 (optional but recommended) We start the innovative idea creation process in a setting of guided communication while we hike in nature, motivated by a certified mountain hiking guide.

DAY 2 We take with us the identified innovation potentials, to further develop them towards concrete innovation ideas and identify the key factors for their targeted realization.

Three to four most promising ideas are selected for the next step of in-depth analysis of their probability of success.

via Key Factors Synthesis

DAY 3 Using state-of-the-art analysis methods, successfully applied in numerous 'Innovators@Work' projects, as a team we finally select the idea(s) leading to market success. In the process we use our unique Key Factors Synthesis methodology in connection with a specific movement techniques approach.

Experiencing this process, the workshop participants evaluate the ideas in terms of their potential contribution to the company’s success and select the innovation(s) to be implemented as a priority.
