Structured and established the telecom start-up max.mobil. (now T-Mobile Austria) Served as Head of Project “Company Set-up” and was subsequently appointed Head of Finance.
As Head of Marketing and Sales, Roaming, and Mobile Devices, team-focused led the most successful launch of a telecom start-up (Vipnet in Croatia) in the former Eastern Europe.
Set up a group-wide web store for a full-service telecommunications provider, integrating different companies and brands for mobile, fixed-line, and internet services, all within the given schedule and budget.
